The room was spacious and well-equipped. Parking required a walk to an off-site location, inconvenient. The breakfast options lacked variety and hot items suitable for vegans, which could definitely use some improvement.

The room was reasonably spacious and the bathroom was fine. Its perfect, very central location was a plus. The hotel was next to Chaves downtown😃

we truly enjoyed the hotel, it was modern and incredibly beautiful and had marvellous location adjacent to the traiano bridge and the river and the roman bridge. the room was a nice size and extremely pleasant, the beds were comfortable. everything seemed excellent, immaculately clean.

Parking proved to be challenging.

The rooms were spacious with great bathrooms, and the central location just a minute walk from Ponte Nova was perfect, surrounded by a charming area.

The location is very central, close to the river bank, castle, restaurants, Roman Bridge. the rooms were clean. We could park nearby. the design was nice.

Great and magnificent location in Chaves, not far from river bank as well as roman bridge. What an exceptionally nice staff! A wide range of goodies for breakfast.

The value for money at this hotel was really great - comfortable room and bed, friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, and a central yet quiet location.
